My diet have been vegetables and carbonated juice. When I was sick in 2016, my doctor recommended me to abstain from carbonated juice. I am trying step by step to keep me from all carbonated juices. Now I swap it with oranges, mongoes, watermelons or bananas. And, I keep at with vegetables
